BUILD PLUS INDIA is the reputed manufacturer of High Strength Cover Blocks in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Build-Plus India supplies Cover Blocks across India. Build-Plus India Cover Blocks are generally made of M60 grade concrete.
However, M80 cover blocks are only made on specific orders. BUILD PLUS INDIA is currently supplying its products across the INDIA.

Why Concrete Spacers ?
Why spacers (cover blocks) are must in R.C.C. Structures
Spacers help maintain proper cover to the reinforcement bars. Proper cover is essential as
It provides protection from external environment to rebars against corrosion.
It delays softening of rebars due to high temperature in case of fire.
It ensures adequate bond area so that stresses from concrete are transferred to steel.
RCC structures need concrete cover to the rebar so that the stresses are transferred to the rebar from the surrounding concrete with proper bonding and hence it provides the safety from slipping away.
Why not Plastic Spacers?
Plastic and concrete do not bond properly. Studies in Norway show corrosion initiated at the place spacer. .
Why not site made spacers?
In accordance with BS 8110-1, concrete spacers shall not be made on construction site. BUILD-PLUS concrete spacers are superior to plastic spacer and site made concrete spacers.
